USE "ICE" IN EMERGENCIES

E-mail Print PDF
Cell phones are great to have in emergency situations, but if a cell phone's owner is somehow incapacitated and alone, emergency personnel have no idea which number in a phone's directory to call. You can help by listing appropriate contact numbers under "ICE" for "In Case of Emergency." Responders can call for lifesaving allergy or medication information or notification purposes. Be sure to inform people that they're listed as your emergency contacts.
