I want to tell you how pleased I am with my new garage cabinets from Closet
Crafters. I was extremely happy with the service I received from our
designer, Ginny, and the installers, Daniel and Mike. I had a very
unpleasant experience with Closet ____ in the past and was reluctant to call
upon another closet company. I was interested in the special you advertised
in the newspaper for $499 and did not want to upgrade anything. Ginny came
over to take measurements, made several great suggestions, and did not try
to sell me something I did not want. I purchased two sets of prefabricated
garage cabinets. The installers actually showed up at the scheduled time, on
the scheduled date, and did a perfect job. They were polite, neat, and
efficient.
My husband and I are very happy with our new garage and will use Closet
Crafters again for all our future cabinet needs. Thank you again for not

I am writing to compliment your firm on the superb job you did on our new
Library. We gave this work to you because of the first-rate, personal
service we received from McKay Crampton in particular on the closet
interiors for our new house, and are very happy with that decision. She, and
you, have far exceeded our expectations on this recent job.
Israel and his assistant, Sal, could not have tried harder to ensure that
the finished cabinetry was exactly what we wanted. On several visits to your
shop, I discussed the mockups he had made, and we worked out details
together. He was extremely responsive to all my requests. In addition to
this wonderfully helpful attitude, the quality of their workmanship was
outstanding. Bill, the finisher, was equally eager to produce an excellent
final result.
You are to be commended on an exceptional team. We came to you for
efficiency and to keep our costs down--both of which we got--but ended up
being most impressed by the “high-end cabinet shop” appearance of our
Library. We now plan to do more cabinetry in Ed’s office-the adjacent room.
I believe Israel and Hirsch have scheduled the little bit of work to
complete the Library 100%. Meanwhile, as soon as I finish the drawings for
Ed’s study, we’ll call you.

I can’t but write this on a letter sheet because I appreciate so many of
your staff members right down to the women who shared the work space that
sell the wood furniture next to you; wow! What a compliment in this day in
age that every individual that I had contact with was not only good, but was
extraordinary—and I mean it. They went out of their way to be helpful,
generous of their time, kind, and courtesy, which is quickly, I’m sorry to
say, fading from our Los Angeles Basin. More reason I will be referring my
family and friends to Ventura for their walk-in closets, as if the finished
product didn’t sell itself; it did; everyone loves it, especially me.
I have never decided to go with someone after just meeting him or her
without interviewing and checking prices with other companies. But when I
talked to you and you were so patient with me, had so many ideas, and could
show me what I needed, I was sold. I am so glad I trusted my instincts,
because it paid off. And I think I got market value price too. You were a
delight to work with and I love what you did with my closet.
Then, the follow up was superb. Heidi was able to direct me to Christina or
Hirsch when appropriate, or have you call me back when necessary. But each
time, each person was so kind and patient, I felt heard and understood, and
taken care of. Voila, everything was done in a timely manner. Christina and
Hirsch were always there for me and are still completing my knobs order
since I ordered the wrong finish. They are so sweet and helpful, and not one
“well it is your fault.”
Then when Jerry and Mike arrived, they too set a CC example. They quickly
organized my cabinets and walk-in closet within a few hours and left
everything clean. They were nice too!
The two women who work in the woodwork, sorry I missed their names, but not
their service; they were nice and helpful too! It is too much to expect, and
I loved it.
I have so much more to thank you for and so much I appreciate about all… of
you, but you got the idea. Thank you, thank you, and have a happy holiday
season.
